ABOUT
Jennifer Harris
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
I help adult individuals who are coping with anxiety disorders, childhood trauma, and depression. I develop techniques with my clients to fit their needs which contributes to emotional and psychological healing.
I work closely with couples who feel as if they have grown apart from one another, experience communication issues, and are going through life transitions. Perhaps you feel as if your partner does not meet your wants and needs and you see no way to improve your situation. I specialize in helping couples learn to communicate their feelings without alienating their partner and heal from past traumas in the relationship.
I practice family therapy with adults who wish to develop positive communication styles, heal old wounds, and learn to practice acceptance of self and others through health boundary setting.
